Health conscious people always avoid french fries especially french fries means carbohydrate rich potato . But what about Raw Banana french fries. Believe me! no one can make out that this fries made of raw banana. At least my husband couldn't make it out !
Ingredients:
1. Two Raw bananas chopped like french fries
2. For dry spices we need 1 table spoon cumin seeds, 1 table spoon coriander, 2-3 dry whole red chilies
3. 2-3 table spoons semolina
Method:
1. First par boil the sliced raw bananas with salt and turmeric powder.
2. Then roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chilies together and grind it .
3. Mix the sliced raw bananas , dry spices, semolina and salt to taste.
4. Let this mixture settle down for 2 hours and deep fry.
Chef's Tips:
You can sprinkle little bit of chat masala while serving.
And this fries taste good with lentil and rice or with tea in snacks time.
