EggRoll-Yummy Breakfast









In West Bengal, and especially Kolkata, "egg roll" refers to a fried egg wrapped inside a paratha flat-bread and is also known as a kati roll/Frankie.Egg roll in Kolkata was probably first introduced by Nizam’s,a very popular restaurant in Kolkata serving Mughlai dishes. Another famous joint serving egg roll in Kolkata is Haji Saheb in Behala (Hazi Saheb for some), it’s my personal request, don’t miss it if you ever visit this place.
Whenever I visit kolkata never miss this street side snacks and its unbeatable taste.
Preparation Time : 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
1.two eggs.
2.One medium size onion,finely chopped
3.One small cucumber,finely chopped
4.One finely chopped green chilly
5.One table spoon tomato sauce
6.Lemon and salt as per taste
Method:
1.Make a big sized roti like paratha.
2.Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the roti.
3.Break an egg on the roti and spread uniformly.it should look
Like an egg layer.meanwhile another side of the roti has become
Fried.
4.Mix chopped onion,green chilly,salt,cucumber to prepare the salad stuffing.
5.Now put the above salad on the egg layered roti
And put some tomato sauce on the salad.Roll it.

Chef's Tips: If you want to make it more hot and spicy then add chilly sauce with salad.For fresh smell you can use chopped
corriander leaves.
Wrap the roll with tissue paper so that it soaks extra
Oil.wrapping should cover half length of the roll.
