Corn Masala





Nowadays we are health concious and do not have much time to prepare evening snacks. I will share a very tasty ,healthy and easy to prepare snacks .Sweet corn is high in vitamin C and protien but only 2 grams fat in one cup of sweet corn.
Ingredients:
1.Take a packet of sweet corn.
2.Half spoon of butter.
3.One table spoon lime juice
4.One small spoon black pepper
5.Salt to taste
Method:
1.Boil the sweet corn for 5 minutes.
2.Mix all the above ingrdients together.
Chef's Tips:

Sweet corn is easily available in food bazar or any departmental store.You can add chat masala to enhance the chatpata taste.If you love onion and corriander leaves, may add to sweet corn.
